Three levels
of one job.

The work of Mongaguá is divided into three project pillars. Each of them branches out into specific programmes.

01Project pillars

From the street
to across the border

The pillars are not three separate projects. It is one job on three levels — from the pitch in front of a block of flats to international cooperation.

Mongaguá across the street

Work directly in the locations — training, pitches, community events. The base everything else stands on.

02

Mongaguá across Europe

International development programmes and tournaments. This includes the stay in Norway as part of the MOT programme.

03

Mongaguá across the world

The widest level of the project — reaching beyond Europe and sharing the model further.

02Public funding

OPRE Mongaguá

A project co-funded by the European Union under the Jan Amos Komenský Operational Programme. We do not hide public funding — it shows that the organisation can deliver real projects and document what came out of them.

In ten years in the field Mongaguá has logged 4,875 hours of direct work with children. That is not an estimate, it is a kept record.
